Rain, rain. . .

I love it when it rains. . .

There is too much of a good thing of course, but generally speaking I have to smile a little when I hear it pitter-pattering on my windows.

For me, it's permission to slow down & ponder. To enjoy simple things like a warm blanket, a cup of coffee and a good book or jumping in puddles with little girls as they scream in delight.

And lucky me! I don't work in a multi-level office building. I work in a converted warehouse, so I get to enjoy the rhythm of the rain all day. (Not quite as good as the book & blanket thing, but not too shabby way to spend your day either)
