Shiny (& completed!!!) Floors

This weekend I was able to finally get to painting the girls' floor—sanding, priming, painting and putting down a couple coats of poly.



This means that everything from there room has been residing in our living room. AHHHH!!! They have too much stuff!

But tonight, they will be moving back up to their room as the floors are now finished and cured!!! You have no idea how excited I am!



I love them too! I was a little nervous about the whole thing going in, but the results are amazing. So shiny and bright.

Now the BIG QUESTION is: How long will they stay that way?



Our checklist for the house is slowly getting ticked off. . .I might not be embarrassed to show photos of it soon! Nate—the construction project manager that he is—has worked out a schedule for us and has us set to finish in February. . .stay tuned to see if we make it!! Haha!
